Quality control
Quality at every stage.
Bindiya Textile maintains product quality from yarn preparation through final roll packing. Each step is designed to protect white shade consistency, surface finish, and buyer-ready presentation.
Our process
Seven checkpoints before fabric leaves the floor.
Production stays focused on two white fabric lines — D-china and Turkey — so quality checks align with defined finish profiles.
Raw material inspection
Yarn and thread inputs are reviewed before they enter the weaving line. [To be confirmed]: specific yarn quality checks and rejection criteria
Fabric testing
White shade, surface behaviour, and roll characteristics are checked against product standards. [To be confirmed]: GSM, width, and lab or floor testing methods
Production monitoring
Weaving stays centered on white fabric consistency. The production floor is supervised to keep D-china and Turkey lines aligned with their finish profiles.
Finishing checks
Surface quality, hand feel, and folding behaviour are reviewed before fabric moves to packing.
Colour and size verification
White shade consistency is verified across the roll. Roll length and width are confirmed before approval. [To be confirmed]: tolerance standards for shade and dimensions
Defect inspection
Fabric is inspected for visible defects before final approval. [To be confirmed]: defect types checked and pass/fail criteria
Final approval and dispatch
Approved rolls are packed cleanly for storage and handling. Dispatch details are aligned with the buyer's fabric name, quantity, and delivery requirement.
On the floor
Quality checks happen where fabric is made.
Yarn preparation, weaving, and thread line setup are visible across the Bindiya Textile factory in Surat. Founders stay close to production and buyer expectations.
